First you need to know if you are listed with the CRAA. If you are, it is best you find out what is listed and if the information is not correct, then seek to have it corrected before applying for your loan.We can help you obtain your credit report.

How much is the brokerage fee applicable to a personal loan application?
Our special offer running until the end of December 2006 is $330. This fee is only payable on approval of the loan and is not collected till the funding of the loan. This is one of the best rates on the market and is only charged if your application is approved.
Precision with all personal loan applications charge a one off processing fee of $35 inclusive of GST. This provides you with a copy of your Credit Report as supplied by Baycorp Advantage and an assessment of your application from one of our personal finance managers. This will enable us to tell you where your application will be best suited, considering your circumstances and needs.
Is there any charge for applying for a home loan?
